
BOOKING
How to book onto one of our services
1. In the below section, choose either 'One-to-One' for the individual services (i.e. Runners Service), or 'Workshops' for the group based activities (i.e. Fitness Testing).
2. Click 'Book It' next to the activity you want to book
3. Use the arrows in the schedule box to browse the available dates
(as shown by the photo to the right). Choose a date from the box that appears.
4. Choose an available time by clicking it, and then press the 'Next' button
(on the right hand side of the page)
5. Enter your details on the final page, and then press 'Pay Now'.
6. You will now be directed to PayPal - simply enter the details to complete the process. Please note ​Once you have paid with PayPal, ensure you click the link to return to Optimize Fitness to complete the transaction - do not simply close the window.

To book tickets for Paul Fox "Everest NE Ridge: Disaster to Triumph", select 'Workshops' below. Tickets will be e-mailed out to you prior to the event.
