This is for driven individuals and athletes who want integrated and individualised support to achieve personal targets around weight loss and performance.
Remote consultancy, analysis and integrated S&C, fitness and performance nutrition for weight loss, muscle maintenance, fitness and health gains including periodised training blocks, macronutrient periodisation, hydration, electrolyte management, muscle retention during fat loss, GLP-1 medication and the journey through menopause.
This is about longevity, protecting metabolism and improving long-term health markers and includes dietary analysis, full S&C programming, periodised and daily macronutrient targets around activity, supplementation guidance, weekly contact and individualised programming.
