Performance Running Analysis: £99 plus venue hire and travel if required.

  • Performance Analysis tests are designed for your event and requirements. 

  • Can include power, RSI, ground contact time, stiffness, drive index, step index, lactate and  urine profiling, enhanced functional movement screening, video analysis, biomechanics  and technique.

  • Headline points on the day and detailed report to follow evaluating strengths and weaknesses and recommendations to improve. 

  • Usually takes between 1.5 and 2 hours. Email and text support.

  • Can be done remotely.

Performance Running Coaching: elite support available at £99 per month or standalone sessions at £40.

  • 3 f2f sessions a month.

  • Ongoing testing and monitoring.

  • Video analysis of technique.

  • Weekly monitoring of power and recovery data.

  • Weekly updates to the training plan.

  • Unlimited text and email support.

  • Can be combined with nutritional support for the ultimate programme.

On-Line Coaching & Session Plans: From £60 per month

  • Some runners want the technical advice and support of a coach with the freedom of running when and where they want. 

  • Optimize Fitness can supply training plans on-line to help you achieve a PB. 

  • ​Prices start from £60 a month which includes session plans, video analysis of running technique, evaluation and suggested improvements. ​


Fell and Trail Running Coaching and Guiding

  • Want to explore the freedom of the hills but not sure what to do, where and how?
