Our coaching programmes include built in strength and conditioning and performance monitoring and are individualised for you. We will design a package to meet your needs.
Packages
Performance Running Analysis: £99 plus venue hire and travel if required.

Performance Analysis tests are designed for your event and requirements.

Can include power, RSI, ground contact time, stiffness, drive index, step index, lactate and urine profiling, enhanced functional movement screening, video analysis, biomechanics and technique.

Headline points on the day and detailed report to follow evaluating strengths and weaknesses and recommendations to improve.

Usually takes between 1.5 and 2 hours. Email and text support.

Can be done remotely.
Performance Running Coaching: elite support available at £99 per month or standalone sessions at £45.
